What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following is permanently removed:

Firebase Auth account — Your login credentials and authentication data.
Encrypted data blob — All financial data (cards, banks, rewards, spending categories) stored as encrypted blobs in Firestore.
WhatsApp data — Phone number linking and message history (if applicable).
Circle memberships — Your membership in shared expense circles is removed. Shared expenses are reassigned.
Optimization history — All saved searches and recommendation history.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion through any of these methods:

Email

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to sparsh.gupta963@gmail.com. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Send DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp bot at +918367084177.

Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.

What Cannot Be Recovered

Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture, deleted data cannot be recovered. Your financial data is encrypted with your password as the key — once the encrypted blobs are deleted from our servers, no copy exists anywhere. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before requesting deletion.
